GENERAL*

This TOS is exclusively for Sticker $ Emoji's Commissions

• I reserves the right to cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or a breach of these terms of services
• The request of .cmo3 (Live2D Source File) for personal editing, commissioner must pay 2x from the total price.

PAYMENTS*

• 100% Upfront
• Payment more than $200 can be partial

REVISIONS*

• Major adjustments can only be made in the early stages. You have 2 revisions. Once I start on the final, small adjustments can be made but major adjustments will cost extra depending on the complexity.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY*

• Working time is 3 days to 3 weeks depending on the difficulty of the work and queue spot.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS and USAGE RIGHTS*

• Personal and Commercial rights
• Commercial use ****(social media, streaming sites, discord servers, etc.) If you would like to make physical merch with my art, commercial merch rights are an extra 75% of the base cost.
• The commissioner doesn't have permission to use my work to train or produce AI artwork.
• Please credit me (@recondraw) for my work and contribution.
• I reserve the rights to display the commissioner model as part of my portfolio.

REFUNDS*

• If the customer is to cancel before the work has started, 50% of the upfront cost will be refunded. Once the work has started I will not allow any refunds.
• if I cannot deliver/ finish the work, then you will get a full refund.
